- Shoes are not allowed. Socks must be worn at all time.
- Do not play if you have underlying health conditions, or during pregnancy.
- Full body clothing recommended.
- Users must remove glasses if practicable.
- No food, drink or chewing gum on inflatables.
- No sharp objects in clothing/pockets.
- Users will be denied entry if they are under/ seemed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Empty your pockets, no jewellery.
- Specific safety rules can be found at the entrance of each feature.

The Inflatable Zone offers a vibrant, high-energy experience packed with soft play features, giant inflatables, and space to bounce, climb, and explore — all in a safe and supervised indoor environment. It’s an ideal option for active kids and families wanting something different and affordable to enjoy together.
From giant slides, wrecking ball, climbing wall and even an obstacle course, there is something to keep everyone smiling.

Here’s what you need to know ahead of your visit:
- Anyone wishing to experience the Inflatable will need to pre-book a session online or via the Better UK app.
- Sessions are up to 60 minutes long, including briefing, so please come ready to bounce.
- Minimum age for use is 18 months old.
- Under 8s must be supervised by an adult on the inflatable at all times.
- Children between 18 months - 5 years must be supervised by an adult on a 2:1 ratio and children 5 years to 8 years on a 10:1 ratio
- Adults accompanying children on the inflatable must purchase a ticket when booking.
