Better Camden Twitter Competition T&Cs

 

  1. Promotion is open to all GB residents (England, Scotland, Wales), except for employees and their immediate families of GLL, their agents, or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.
  2. Entrants must be 16 years or over.
  3. The promotional period will be between 01/02/2017 and the 05/07/2017.
  4. To take part in the competition you need to Retweet the promotional message and be a Follower of @Better_Camden.  The promotional message will be published by the Promoter on the Better Twitter account (www.twitter.com/Better_Camden) at 9:30 on the 01/02/2017 and weekly at the same time.
  5. Only one entry per person (subject to Twitter Terms of Use).
  6. No purchase necessary to enter.
  7. Entries must be made using a legitimate Twitter account.  Entrants using multiple Twitter accounts are not permitted and all such entries will be disqualified and any prize award forfeited.
  8. Online entry via Twitter only – all participants must have access to the internet and an active Twitter account. If you do not have a Twitter account you will need to create one in order to participate – you will require an active email address in order to do this. See https://www.support.twitter.com for more details. 
  9. The winners of the prizes will be contacted via a direct message on Twitter within 48 hours of the closing date and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize. Please ensure that you follow @Better_Camden on Twitter so you can receive our direct message. If any of the winners cannot be contacted or do not respond within 48 hours of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize, then the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and select another winner on the criteria set out below. 
  10. The Winners will be drawn at random by an independent person and announced every Thursday from the 9th February until 10th August. The selected winner is final.
  11. Prizes include 20x 1 month membership to any GLL facility, 1x Spa Experience by Better treatment package for Spa Experience Swiss Cottage, 1x £50 Better Gift Card (redeemable at any GLL facility) and 1x 6 month membership to any GLL facility. Alternative cash prizes are at the Promoter’s discretion and the Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with something of equal or greater value without notice.
  12. Winners may be required to take part in any publicity resulting from this promotion.
  13. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, corrupt or incorrect entries or for any malfunctions, errors or viruses in the software that has been designed to maintain the entrants’ details, or for any incompatibility with all, or any, hardware and/or software that entrants may use. The Promoter does not guarantee that the website will be available all the time or at any specific time. Proof of entering will not be taken as proof of receipt of entry. 
  15. The Promoter may collect personal information for the purpose of administering this promotion. This may include contacting the winner via further emails, text messages or calls regarding this promotion. We will not share your details with other organisations. In administering this promotion, the Promoter will not collect more of your personal information than absolutely necessary and will not retain it after the duration of the promotion. By entering this promotion you agree to the collection and use of your data in this manner.
  16. For the winner’s name and county please send an SAE to General Manager, Oasis Sports Centre, 32 Endell Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9AG. between 12/07/2017 and 11/09/2017.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this competition at any time with no liability to any entrant or any third party.
  18. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the Promotion and/or prizes, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury through negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
