Brook Leisure Centre in Dunmurry has a gym with cardio machines and free weights, a 25-metre pool for lane swimming and lessons, and a sports hall for badminton, basketball and pickleball. The outdoor facilities include a full-size GAA pitch, 3G artificial turf pitch and a hurling wall for Gaelic sports. Classes cover aqua fitness, yoga, strength and conditioning, circuits and boxfit, with over-50s sessions available. There's an inflatable zone for kids and birthday party rooms for celebrations. We also offer sensory-friendly swimming sessions, the soft lighting and projections are perfect for building water confidence for families of children with autism or other abilites. Local football leagues and schools use the pitches regularly, and we work with disability groups to help keep everyone in the community active.
