Summer holidays are coming to an end and its back to school next week. Does that mean coming back to the gym again for you?

Perhaps you have more free time now you don’t have to look after the children or you’ve got back from your holiday and want to get back in to your routine again. We are here to welcome you back!

Taking time off is a great way to give the body a rest from the stresses of exercise and can help give you new inspiration and motivation to start back again. Why not take a look at our class timetable to see what is new or perhaps try a class for the first time. You can always speak to a member of the team if you want a refresher on any of the equipment, perhaps you would like to use something you haven’t used before but are unsure how to use it- book an induction and we will be happy to help.
