Our Basics classes provide a lower intensity class with simpler steps and range of moves.
Basics classes are made to suit those new to exercise. Older adults, those returning to activity after a break or after injury or illness, for those wishing to progress from GP referral schemes but not yet ready to join our main fitness class programme. These classes are also suitable for juniors.
