Newquay Leisure World on Trenance Lane combines serious fitness with family fun, all within walking distance of Newquay town centre and Fistral Beach. The gym has cardio and weights with a dedicated outdoor functional training area, while the 25-metre pool offers lane swimming, lessons and aqua aerobics. From April to October, the leisure pool opens with flumes and slides for splashing about. The trampoline park and soft play give kids plenty to burn off energy, and we run birthday parties too. Classes cover Pilates, group cycle, HIIT, yoga, boxfit and dance fitness, with sessions for over-50s and women-only options. There's also strength and conditioning in the studios. We work with GP referral schemes, local surf lifesaving clubs and swimming clubs to keep the community moving and active all year round.
