Better, Waterworld will be installing a locker token system in January 2020, for use of the lockers located within the swimming pool changing rooms and the family changing village.

Week commencing 6th January 2020, customers will be able to purchase a single use locker token for 30p from one of the three machines located outside and within the changing village.

To purchase the locker tokens, simply pay for a token directly from the token machine with a credit or debit card (coins and notes not accepted) and a single use locker token will be released for use.

Important information

These locker tokens are single use only; therefore, if you open and relock your locker multiple times, you will be required to purchase a new token every time.

This system has been introduced to Better, Waterworld following customer feedback on the state of the lockers which were out of order owing to reasons beyond our control. The charge allows for more regular maintenance of the lockers and quicker repairs.

Monthly Better members can benefit from a designated member area within the changing rooms which will have a limited number of pound-return lockers available for use.

As a not-for-profit charitable social enterprise, we are keen to focus our resources on our community led programmes, concessionary access and keeping our swimming prices are amongst the lowest in the South West.

Thank you for your custom and cooperation.
