Our Rise Gymnastics classes (Discover, Explore, Excel), follow the British Gymnastics framework, and takes young gymnasts through their first steps all the way to advanced skills and competitions. In addition to our Rise Gymnastics programmes, we also offer relaxed adult gymnastics classes.
This phase focuses on introducing gymnastics to very young children (preschool-aged) through play and themed activities, with 12 different themes linked to life experience.
This phase is for school-aged recreational gymnasts and includes three strands: Core Skills, Apparatus, and Working Together, with an award scheme available.
This phase is for advanced gymnasts who have either progressed through 'Explore' or possess a suitable skill level. It offers further exploration of gymnastics skills through fun and challenging activities, along with a competition framework.
These classes provide young people aged 12+ with the opportunity to develop their gymnastics skills in a safe environment. Suitable for all abilities, from those new to gymnastics through to participants looking to build on previous experience. Dedicated women-only sessions are also available.
These classes offer adults of all abilities the opportunity to learn something new or build on existing skills in a safe and welcoming environment. Sessions are led by coaches and are ideal for everyone from complete novices to former gymnasts.
