JUNIOR GYM SESSIONS
Kings Hall Leisure Centre offers a dedicated Junior Gym.
The Gym is equiped with the latest Techno Gym machines ranging from cardiovascular equipment to resistance machines.
All resistance machines are of the Easy Line brand, and therefore do not require weight stacks, and instead use your own body weight and air pressure as resistance.
This space provides privacy, whilst still being integrated into the Leisure Centre.
All of our sessions are delivered by Level 2 qualified staff, who aim to engage young people and make exercising fun.
The gym is avaliaible for 8-15 years olds, making it the only one of its kind in Hackney centres.
