We are happy to report that we have added a brand new weekend class to our fitness class timetable:

Legs, Bums & Tums

Saturdays - 12.15-1.15pm

Instructor - Manisha

Level: All abilities

Calories Burned: up to 550 p/hr

Description - Get fit, raise your endurance levels and shift some pounds with this fun class. As the name suggests, Legs, Bums and Tums targets and helps sculpt those problem areas.

Best for: Cardio and toning
