Women Only Gym Sessions at Poplar Baths Leisure Centre!
Poplar Baths Leisure Centre is introducing a new expanded women only gym programme launching Monday 2nd May 2022.
Sessions will be at various times Monday – Sunday. There will be a dedicated women only gym area available at the times mentioned below. This will be segregated by a divider. Access to this area will be through the female changing rooms.
Bookings are made via the ‘BETTER UK App’ or the website by clicking link below. Prices vary depending on membership types. For further information on this and other women only activities please visit the website or pop in and speak to a member of the concierge team.

Whether you are an experienced gym user or a complete beginner, prior to using the gym we advise you complete an induction with one of our highly qualified fitness instructors. Depending on your experience, this can take 15mins or for a full induction, 1hour. This also gives you the opportunity to get advice about other activities the centre offers which could help you achieve your fitness goals.
Customers with pre-paid memberships have the option to book re-focus sessions every six weeks, helping you to stay on track at achieving your fitness goals. Did you know that keeping your workout more varied and challenging will actually keep you much fitter?
In addition to the new women only gym programme we have a variety of other women only activities at Poplar Baths these include:
Women Only Swimming:
Swim for Women: Tuesdays – 12.30pm-1.15pm
Swim for Women and Girls: Wednesdays – 7pm-8pm
Women Only Netball:
Wednesdays: 6.30pm–7.30pm
Women Only Badminton:
Thursdays: 6.30pm-7.30pm
