Our sessions are 60 minutes in length which includes a safety brief and kit allocation. There is no experience required prior to the session it's just Pay as you Go!
Must haves:
- All participants must wear shoes (closed toe)
- Wetsuits are not compulsary
- Sessions include wetsuit, helmet, spray top and bouyancy aid hire
