Aqua Splash Sessions
This session is where our brand new Pirate Ship inflatable will be in the pool for all to use (height requirements apply and must wear a lifejacket). Make your way through the obstacle and slide down the inflatable at the end into the pool!
There will be a section of the pool cordened off for general swim and play.
Slides will also be on in this session with toys in the pool for maximum fun!
Family Fun Swims
The full pool will be open with access to slides and toys. This is a mixed session with one lane available for laps and the rest of the pool for fun with the family!
Swim For Fitness
This session is lane swimming for adults. There will be a slow, medium and fast lane where you can choose depending on your own speed.
Swim For All
A session for everyone where part of the pool will be available for lane swimming and the other half of the pool for fun with toys and general swimming.
SWIM FOR A KWID
Anyone under the age of 18 can swim for only £1 on the 9.30am till 10.30am Family Fun Swim!

Our Junior Gym sessions are for young people aged between 11 and 15. To access, you must have completed a gym induction with a member of our fitness team and have either a full memebrship or a Pay & Play card.
Ages 11 and 12
Can access Cardio equipment within the gym facility
Ages 13 to 15
Can access Cardio equipment within the gym facility and use the first level on the resistance machines.
*Excluding Bank Holidays where the Junior Gym time will be 10am-1pm.
