Prestwood Gym Monthly Clubs – Run & Stretch
We’re excited to announce a fresh new rhythm to your mornings at Prestwood Gym! Starting this month, we’ll be introducing two special clubs to replace our current 7am classes:
Run Club – first Monday of every month
Lace up your trainers and join us for an energising start to the week. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just beginning, Run Club is all about moving together, building stamina, and enjoying the fresh air with friends.
Stretch Club – first Thursday of every month
Take time to slow down, breathe, and lengthen those muscles. Stretch Club is designed to improve flexibility, aid recovery, and leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead.
Both clubs are open to all members, juniors and seniors alike. They’re a great way to connect with others, try something new, and make your mornings more memorable.
We can’t wait to see you there – let’s make the first Monday and Thursday of each month a celebration of movement, community, and wellbeing!
