WHAT IS JUNIOR GYM?
Junior gym is a session dedicated to 11-17-year-olds. This can be the beginning of their fitness journey. We aim to create a safe environment that’s fun and effective, while improving their health and wellbeing.
All junior members are required to have a junior gym induction with one of our fitness instructors before being allowed access to the gym. This ensures their safety and the proper use of our gym equipment.
Our Junior Gym sessions are available at the following times:
- Monday-Friday: 15:30-17:30
- Weekends: 12:00-15:00
- Additional sessions are available during holiday periods, Monday-Friday 09:00-11:00
