WHAT IS JUNIOR GYM?
Junior gym is a session dedicated for 11-17 year olds. This can be the beggining of their fitness journey. We aim to create a safe environment that’s fun & effective, whilst improving their health & wellbeing.
All juniors members are required to have a junior gym induction with one of our fitness instructors before being allowed into the gym by themselves. This is to ensure they are safe and know what they can and can not do.
Our session are open weekly at the following times:
- Monday-Friday: 15:30-17:30
- Weekends: 12:00-15:00
- Additional sessions availible during holiday periods, Monday-Friday 09:00-11:00
