Have a Go Day for Older Adults!
Thame Leisure Centre is delighted to invite local residents aged 60+ to our Older Adult “Have a Go Day” – a free, fun-filled event designed to help you try new activities, meet others, and enjoy a day of wellbeing and movement. Whether you’re a regular gym-goer or completely new to fitness, this is the perfect opportunity to explore what’s on offer in a friendly and supportive environment.

Time: 10.30am–6pm
Cost: Free entry
Throughout the day, you can dip in and out of sessions or stay for the whole event – it’s entirely up to you! All activities will be led by experienced local instructors and community sports groups, ensuring everyone feels welcome and supported at their own pace.
