9am-9.30am - Adult Beginner Swimming Lessons (Basic introduction and Water Confidence)
9am-9.30am - Children Swimming Lesson (Stage 1- Beginner class for those aged 4 and above)
9.45am-10.15am- Pre School Swimming Lesson (Class aimed for ages between 3-4)
9.45am-10.15am- Adult 'Improver' Swimming Lesson (Stroke Development)
10.30am-11.00am- Children Swimming Lesson (Stage 1- Beginner class for those aged 4 and above)
10.30am-11.00am- Adult Beginner Swimming Lessons (Basic introduction and Water Confidence)
9am-11am- Family Tennis (Mini Reds Sponge Ball sessions)
Grab and racquet and play! These sessions are designed for families to all play together. There will be a qualified coach on hand to give you any tips on how to beat your parents!
9.30-10.30- Body Combat (workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories** along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master)
10.30-11.30- Body Pump (A Barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.)
12-1pm- Grab a paddle and play. The Pickleball Players will guide you through any questions you might have. A fun and low impact sports, designed for all!
What is I AM Team GB
I Am Team GB started in 2016 after the record-breaking Rio 2016 Olympic Games. It celebrated the incredible feats of returning Team GB Olympians whilst also inspiring the nation to be more active. I Am Team GB is returning and aiming to continue to inspire more people to be active. It will culminate every August Bank Holiday with The Nation’s Biggest Sports Day, when thousands of free and fun activities will take place throughout the country. People like you are at the very heart of I Am Team GB.
