We hear too often that saying "I dont have enough time to exercise..", yet our member Matthew is a perfect example of how if you want something, go and get it! No matter how busy you are!
Excuses dont get results...action does!
Matthew is extremely busy being a husband and a father, alongside running his own business. He has managed to achieve these results by exercising between 3-4 times a week, and following a flexible approach to his nutrition. Not only this, but he has also been on 4 holidays, 2 stag do's and eats out with his family and friends almost every weekend!
Yes, you can still achieve your goals and get to where you want to be by exercising 3-4 hours per week, eating things that you like, and still having a life outside of the gym. This is known as 'flexible dieting'. This was made easier by having Jimmy as a personal trainer who created a diet and nutrition plan for Matthew to follow, allowing him to still be able to have the food he loves the most!
