Better, Eltham Centre are happy to announce that Step Aerobics has returned with a new instructor - Rawdon Sherwood.

The class runs on Sundays from 10:00-11.00.

Step it up and get in great shape. A motivational class using a platform and fast music for a high intensity workout. It’s so much fun, you’ll forget you’re working out!

Best for: Cardio fitness and conditioning of the whole body.
