Two branches of day spa group ‘Spa Experience by Better’ have been nominated as national finalists in the prestigious Good Spa Guide Readers’ Choice Awards 2017.
Spa Experience Kensington is shortlisted in the best boutique spa category, while Spa Experience Wimbledon is in the running for the best urban spa award. Both have been put forward by readers of the Good Spa Guide, who will also be choosing the overall winners in each category. The awards scheme aims to showcase excellence in the UK spa industry, reflecting innovation, diversity and brilliance.
Spa Experience launched in 2006 in London’s Bethnal Green and is the UK’s first public sector spa group. The Wimbledon branch opened in 2014 with Kensington following in 2015. Today Spa Experience boasts ten locations across the UK and aims to provide affordable luxury within a welcoming and inclusive environment.
The spas offer visitors a combination of traditional treatments and the latest modern therapies from leading brands such as Elemis, Dr.Murad and La Sultane De Saba as well as its own exclusive Spa Experience products. Also on offer is are fantastic range of thermal facilities including hammams, steam rooms, saunas, hydrotherapy pools and relaxation lounges.
Spa Experience signature therapies include the Total Spa Experience, a relaxing and restorative 50 minute treatment that combines a multitude of experiences including exfoliation, body wrap, scalp massage and hot stones massage, retailing at between £48 and £60.

Treatment prices start at just £10, while a three-hour visit to the thermal suite costs just £15 for concessions and £18 for non-members.
