Do you love attending fitness classes but can't make one of our timetabled classes?

Then we have what you are looking for, we are proud to launch a Spin Only Virtual Studio meaning at a click of a button you can access over 200 group cycle classes.

Virtual classes run throughout the day, offering you greater flexibility to choose your class at a flick of a button. Classes range to suit your needs from duration, style and ability which makes them suitable for beginners through to advanced.

Our Virtual fitness class on-demand player has over 200 classes available, whether you are looking for an intense workout or want to try something new.

If you’ve never done a fitness class, virtual classes can be a great place to find your feet. With amazing instructors up close and personal on the big screen you can get familiar with the choreography and perfect your technique in your own space and at a time that suits you.

Health checks

Health Checks

The Healthwise team in Bath and North East Somerset are now offering complete health checks at your local Better leisure Centre.

These health checks include: Blood pressure, Heart Rate, Total Cholesterol & HDL, Weight, Height,  BMI, Body Fat %, Waist circumference, Lung Function including Peak Flow & Forced expiratory volume. 

£20 for members £25 for non members.

Total Body Conditioning

Once you start, you won’t ever want to stop. These intense, exciting classes combine cardio and conditioning for a full on, high-energy workout.

Pilates

Pilates Centre yourself. Our Pilates classes come in all shapes and sizes, but they all focus on concentration and muscle control, for a highly effective workout.

Group Cycle

Pedal your way fit. Work at your own pace as you cycle along with the group in one of our themed classes to uplifting music, or focus on achieving your goals in one of our discipline -based classes (instructor led or virtual).

Boxercise

A class that really packs a punch. Boxercise uses a range of boxing techniques to get your heart racing and leave you feeling fighting fit.

Circuits

Intense workout for immense results. We’ll put you through your paces, with high-energy interval training , designed to push you that little bit further and encourage a bit of healthy competition.

Extreme Interval Fitness

Better results, faster. Push yourself to the limit with 30 minutes of quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods that will keep your heart rate up and help you reach your goals quicker.

Zumba

Dance yourself fit! Our range of Zumba classes combine exercise and choreography with infectious music to keep you motivated every step of the way. Choose from one of our themed or discipline-based classes.

Water Workout

Refresh yourself! These invigorating, effective, but low-impact workouts in the water are easy on your joints. Choose from one of our themed or discipline-based classes.

Deep Water Workout

Full body water workout. Get all the benefits of a workout, plus improved core strength, all while being easy on your joints. Classes take place in the deep end of the pool using buoyancy aids, so it’s essential you can swim to take part in the class.
