New swim sessions, new Fitness Class sessions, new products and repaired equipment!

We have been working hard to deliver improved service to our customers, no matter what activity you attend.

As you may know, we are a not for profit organisation and 100% of our income goes back into our products and services that serve the local community, what a great reason to choose us!

Gym

In the Gym, we have recently installed upgraded air conditioning units that will keep you cool in the Summer and they have the ability to generate heat, to keep you warm in the Winter.

New weights have been purchased, to avoid the class users coming to take them when they are required.

We now allow adult Gym users to bring children from the ages of 11 to train with you, so long as they have a Better membership, you train together and follow the Junior Gym rules.

Changing areas

We have installed upgraded heating and cooling, to keep the temperature comfortable year round.

We have purchased shower curtains to give you that bit more privacy.

Fitness Classes

The centre now benefits from a Group Cycle studio and run a number of classes per week

We have just launched Boxfit to vary the exercise timetable
Heavier weights purchased, for those of you that are getting stronger!

Food and beverage

We now offer snacks at reception

Pool programme

We offer "crash courses" for both adults and kids during the holidays

We now run Men's only swimming on the last Sunday of every month from 2pm-3pm

Customer service

We encourage all users to stop and have a chat with our concierge staff and other staff throghout the facility, staying socially active is just as important as remaining physically active.

To give you something to talk about, we now write a weekly quote of the week, interesting fact and we generate an interactive question for you to answer. on the board. If you have an interesting fact, feel free to let us know!
