Set in a welcoming and supportive environment, our National Yoga Day event is designed to help you unwind from the stresses of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and enjoy the positive energy of a like-minded community.
Throughout the day, our talented and passionate instructors will guide a series of carefully curated yoga sessions suitable for a range of abilities. From calming breathwork and mindful movement to energising Vinyasa flows, each class has been created to leave you feeling refreshed, balanced, and empowered.
This is more than just a yoga event - it’s an opportunity to pause, breathe deeply, and dedicate time to your wellbeing.
