Tender process

These instructions are designed to ensure that all bidders are given equal and fair consideration. It is important therefore that you provide all information asked for in the format and order specified within these instructions.

Communication and Questions

If you have any doubt as to what is required please submit a question via the e-mail paul.mcfarland@gll.org The opportunity to submit clarification questions exists until the deadline Monday 2nd November at 12.00 noon. GLL will use their best endeavours to respond as a matter of assistance to the bidder but it shall not be construed to add to, modify or take away from the meaning and intent of the proposed contract and/or the obligations and liabilities of the bidder. All questions will be responded to by Friday 6th November.

As part of this process, further clarification will be offered to the bidders in the form of a site visit. The proposed date(s) for site visit(s) are between Monday 2nd – Friday 6th November. GLL will confirm the time and site meeting details Friday 30th October. Any queries raised on site should be noted by the bidder and submitted to the e-mail address paul.mcfarland@gll.org. Any responses from GLL will be distributed to all prospective bidders.

Bidders are required to respond to all parts of Section D of this document and then submit their response documents electronically to Adrian.walker@gll.org clearly marking the subject title as “Tender Submission Belfast Vending Tender and note the name of your company.

Response period: Friday 6th November 2026

Deadline for submission: Friday 13th November 2026

Tender documents received late i.e. after the date and time specified above, will not be considered.
