Whiterock Leisure Centre on Whiterock Road in West Belfast has a 25-metre pool for lane swimming, lessons and aqua aerobics, alongside a gym with cardio machines and free weights. The sports hall covers three courts for badminton, basketball and pickleball, while the 4G outdoor pitch hosts football sessions and local clubs. There's also a sauna, boxing suite and functional training zone. Classes include Pilates, yoga, HIIT, group cycle, boxfit, circuits and strength conditioning, with tai chi and women-only strength sessions available. We run junior fitness programmes, a swim school and birthday parties. The centre partners with local schools, football clubs, swim clubs and the water polo club, and hosts coffee mornings for senior citizens through our work with Upper Springfield Trust.
