Cambridge Curling
Cambridge Curling offer weekly curling sessions open to all abilities. Curling is a sport where players slide stones across the ice towards the target area. Sessions run every Sunday.
Cambridge Ice Skating Club
Cambridge Ice Skating Club host a variety of activities including Synchro and Speed skating. They also run Ice Dance socials and organise annual skating galas for the community to showcase their skills.
Cambridge Grizzlies Junior Ice Hockey Club
The Cambridge Grizzlies are a junior ice hockey club for those under 14 years old. They play regular games and tournaments as well as offering development to new players.
Cambridge Kodiaks
The Cambridge Kodiaks are the first women's leagure ice hockey team in Cambridge. They formed in 2023 and were voted into the Women's National Ice Hockey League (WNIHL). They currently play in the WNIHL 1 South league.
Cambridge Narwhals
The Narwhals are an amateur recreational ice hockey team. They train weekly and play regular ice hockey games, including taking part in the annual varsity match between Cambridge University and Oxford University.
UK Warbirds
The UK Warbirds are an EIHA registered recreational ice hockey team. They train weekly and play regular ice hockey games. They welcome players of all abilities to join their sessions.
Tribase Lightning
Tribase Lightning are a recreational ice hockey team. They train weekly and play regular ice hockey games.
UEA Avalanche
UEA Avalanche are the university ice hockey team for the University of East Anglia in Norwich. They play in the Non-checking division 1 South League in the British University Ice Hockey Association (BUIHA). They train regularly at Cambridge Ice Arena and also organise social skating trips for UEA students of all abilities on our public skating sessions.
Cambridge University
Cambridge Ice Arena is partnered with Cambridge University. Students, staff and alumni of the University of Cambridge are eligible for a Better Ice Student membership or student discount for session tickets with their CAMcard. The University of Cambridge organise regular hockey training for their teams: Men's Blues, Women's Blues and Huskies, and play regular ice hockey games including the annual Varsity match between Cambridge and Oxford.
British Ice Skating
British Ice Skating is the national governing body of ice skating in the UK. It oversees all disciplines of ice skating and provides the syllabus for our popular Learn to Skate programme.
