This sequenced Hatha yoga class launching on Thursday 23rd August at 10am-11am with Sophie is aimed at beginners and those with more experience of yoga alike, with options being offered to suit every body. Following a short breathing practice (Pranayama) and warm-up, this moderately energetic flowing Asana practice will strengthen, elongate, and relax your whole body while calming your mind.

Every week we will explore a different theme that will blend both a physical asana and mindfulness together to create a woven practice to support the body and mind. Focus will be given on breathing and alignment, helping students to explore their edge safely.
