
Junior Triathlon Camp 8+
We are running a Junior Triathlon Camp for children 8yrs + from Monday 21st July to Friday 25th July 2025.
This is a great way to experience the sport of Triathlon with excellent coaches at Maindy Centre
Book for all 5 days or individual days.
Children must 8yrs + and be able to swim 25 meters confidently and also ride a bike to join.
If you have your own bike then please bring it along with a helmet. We have bikes to loan for free also.

Better Swim School Crash Course - May 2023 Half Term
Are you looking for a life-changing experience for your child this school holiday? Look no further! Our intensive swimming lessons will give your child the confidence and skills they need to conquer the water. Our program runs for 5 days a week, each lesson lasting for 30 minutes. Our experienced instructors will work closely with your child to ensure that they develop a love for swimming and a sense of accomplishment.
Monday - Friday 2.45pm-3.15pm.

Free Swimming for under 16's
In partnership with the Welsh Government we are able to offer free swimming for children 16 yrs and under at the following times:
School Holidays Monday-Friday 1.30-3.30pm
To register your child for a free swimming booking card please call into the centre and our friendly staff will be able to help.

Family Fun Swim
Our Family Fun Swim sessions cater to individuals of all fitness levels. Whether you aim to increase your self-assurance, refine your stroke techniques, relieve stress by floating in the water, or simply desire a relaxed swim alongside your loved ones, these sessions are ideal.
School Holidays Monday to Friday 1.30pm - 3.30pm

Junior Gym at Half Term
Junior Gym sessions offer 11-17 year olds the opportunity to use the gym with help and support from our experienced and freindly Fitness Instructors. With dedicated times throughout the week and additional sessions during school holidays, there is plenty of time to improve your fitness.
Monday to Friday 11.00am - 13.00
Juniors will have access to the gym equipment including bikes, treadmills, rowing machines and cross trainers.
