Liskeard Leisure Centre on Coldstyle Road in Liskeard brings fitness, swimming and sport together under one roof for the whole community. The gym has cardio machines and weights for every workout, and there's a 25-metre pool for lane swimming alongside a learner pool and family splash area with flumes and slides. You'll find a sports hall, astroturf pitch, squash courts, outdoor tennis courts and a four-rink bowls green. Group classes include cycling, yoga, Pilates, boxfit, circuits and strength conditioning, with aqua aerobics proving especially popular. There are walking netball, walking cricket and over-50s sessions, plus swimming lessons and Aqua Splash sessions for kids. We throw birthday parties in our brand new soft play.
