Swimming activities
It's time to dive into the school holidays with some awesome swimming fun! Not only will your kids get to enjoy the cool and refreshing water, but they'll also develop essential skills like coordination, balance, and confidence. And with swim school lessons, they can make a splash by learning new strokes and techniques. Plus, family swimming sessions are a blast for everyone – so grab your floaties and get ready for some serious fun.
Aqua Play
Suitable for all ages, Aqua Play is a fun session with toys and floats laid out in the main pool, along with use of the small pool, slide and water features.

Aqua Splash
Discover Saltash Leisure Centre's inflatable obstacle course, laid out in the main pool. Perfect for anyone aged over 8 years who can swim 25 metres unaided.
Swim for all
Make a splash with your family this school holiday! Our Swim for All sessions offer additional family swim sessions for you and your loved ones to enjoy. The sessions are available throughout the school holidays and are open to all ages and abilities. It's a great opportunity to get active, spend time together, and have fun in a safe and supportive environment.
Swim crash courses
Are you looking for a life-changing experience for your child this school holiday? Look no further! Our intensive swimming lessons will give your child the confidence and skills they need to conquer the water. Our program runs for 5 days a week, each lesson lasting for 30 minutes. Our experienced instructors will work closely with your child to ensure that they develop a love for swimming and a sense of accomplishment.
Fitness activities
Saltash Leisure Centre is proud to offer Junior Gym and Junior Fitness Classes during school holidays. Our experienced trainers specialize in working with children to improve strength, coordination, and overall fitness in a safe and supportive environment.
Junior Gym
Junior Gym sessions are designed for young people aged 11-17 years old, providing a safe environment for them to work out in the gym during dedicated timeslots. Our qualified fitness instructors are always available during these sessions to supervise and offer guidance as needed.
Adult and Junior Gym
In addition to Junior Gym sessions, we also offer Junior and Adult gym sessions allowing adults to accompany their children during selected gym slots, allowing families to work out together and set a healthy example for their children. The booking must be made through the junior member's account.
