The Hive Leisure Centre in Ely Leisure Village on Downham Road brings fitness and swimming to the local community. Our gym has cardio machines and free weights for every workout, while the 25-metre pool offers lane swimming and the teaching pool is perfect for lessons. There's also a sports hall, indoor courts and a 3G pitch outside for football and other sports. Group cycle, yoga and Pilates sessions are popular here, alongside strength and conditioning, circuits, boxfit and dance fitness classes. The pool has aqua classes too. Soft play keeps younger ones entertained, and birthday parties are a big draw for families. Women-only classes and swimming give dedicated space when needed, while over-50s sessions welcome older adults. We partner with local schools and football clubs to keep Ely active.
