Get Ready For The Team England National Sports Weekend at Gateshead International Stadium

Come and join us in partnership with Team England at Gateshead International Stadium for a weekend filled with free sports and fun family activities for everyone to enjoy.  

Ready to unleash your sporting spirit? Members and non-member can jump in and experience the excitement of Commonwealth Games-inspired sports and activities.

Whether you're trying something completely new or rediscovering a sport you love, there's plenty of fun waiting for all ages and abilities. 

Throughout the weekend, visitors can enjoy free taster sessions in popular classes including speedflex, strength and conditioning, HIIT workouts, and group fitness training. Qualified instructors will be on hand to provide expert advice, answer questions, and help attendees find the right fitness programme to suit their goals.

Guests will also be able to tour the gym, learn about the latest equipment, and take advantage of exclusive membership offers available only during the event. Prize draws, giveaways, and special promotions will add to the excitement.

Organisers hope the Open Weekend will encourage more people to become active, improve their wellbeing, and join a welcoming fitness community dedicated to helping members achieve lasting results

Non-members can participate by creating a free account via the app or online at https://bookings.better.org.uk/register, then simply booking an available open day activity. As part of the registration process, customers must agree to the activity terms and conditions, which include a signed waiver granting access into the centre.
