Looking for something new to try? Come along to our Open Day Weekend and discover everything we have to offer.

Throughout the weekend, you'll be able to enjoy a range of free taster sessoins and reduced price activities, giving everyone the prefect opportunity to get active, have fun, and try new interests. 

Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, learn a new skill, or try something different, theres something for all ages and abilities. 

Bring your friends and family and make the most of this fantastic opportunity to experience our facilities, meet our team and find your next favourite activity.

Non-members can participate by creating a free account via the app or online at https://bookings.better.org.uk/register, then simply book an available open day activity, or select a Open Day General Access Session.

If you have any health conditions that you feel our team should be aware of, please inform the instructor or reception prior to starting your activity. 

Note: for all studio based dance and fitness classes and gym activities please bring a small towel, bottle of water and wear approriate clothing and footwear for the workout.
