Come and enjoy our brand new weekly Pre & Post Natal Water Workout Class providing you with safe yet challenging low impact exercises!
A water workout session suitable for pregnant and post natal mums; providing a soothing experience whilst your body changes. This class will use the buoyancy of the water to support your baby bump, strengthening your pelvic floor and stomach muscles whilst pregnant. It will also provide the ideal environment and activity to help you tone up and strengthen your body after having your baby.
Every Tuesday 10.30am – 11.30am
