Hendon Gymnastics Club at British Floor and Vault Competition
It was a weekend to remember as Hendons talented Gymnastics team delivered outstanding performances at a recent British Gymnastics Floor and Vault competition, bringing home an impressive collection of medals and top placements.
Leading the celebrations were several first-place finishes. Elsie, Nathaniel, and Meira each secured gold in their respective categories, demonstrating exceptional skill, strength, and composure under pressure. Their performances set a high standard and highlighted the depth of talent within the team.
Close behind, Roman, GiGi, and Ved each claimed second place, showcasing determination and consistency across both floor and vault routines. Their efforts were matched by strong third-place finishes from Everlee, Izzy, Cuba, and Taishi, rounding off a highly successful medal haul.
The competition also saw commendable performances from other team members competing in large and competitive fields. Victoria narrowly missed the podium but achieved an impressive fourth-place finish out of 29 competitors, while Nicola secured fifth place. Betta and Saskia both finished sixth, reflecting the overall strength and competitiveness of the group.
Coaches and supporters praised the athletes not only for their results but for their dedication, sportsmanship, and teamwork throughout the event.
