Junior Gym is a session where teenagers and older children aged between 11-17 years old can access the gym to get fit and active. Sessions have a fitness instructor present, so if you are unfamiliar with any equipment, they will be on hand can to give safety advice. Juniors are required to book a junior gym induction after signing up to the Junior membership and prior to attending their first session. Our combination strength and conditioning exercises. Push your workout to the next level that includes head to toe workout. Once you start, you will never want to stop!

This membership will give your child inclusive access to all of the gyms, fitness classes and swimming pools in Camden. No matter your swimming ability, our Swim for All sessions are perfect if you’re looking to build your confidence, work on your skills, float away any stress, or simply enjoy a relaxed swim with family and friends. Swim for All sessions are suitable for all ages, in pools across Camden. Better yet, don’t miss our Family Swim offer! Just £5 for two adults and up to two children, available every Friday between 14:00 - 15:00, making it even easier to enjoy quality time together in the pool.
The Kids Swim for a Quid initiative will available in all of our leisure centres in Camden during the holidays. This half-term, under 16s will be able to swim in our pools during Swim For All sessions for £1, every day until 10am.

Family Fun Swim Rules
One competent adult swimmer may supervise up to two under‑8s or non‑swimmers under 16.
Companions must actively supervise and stay in shallow water. Buoyancy aids or armbands are strongly recommended for under‑8s and non‑swimmers
