Virtual Junior fitness classes take place across the week at New Addington. They take place in the studio and are already pre-programmed so all you need to do is turn up!

Strength and conditioning fitness classes are designed to improve overall physical fitness and performance by combining exercises that focus on building strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Dance fitness classes allow you to get fit and feel great. These fun, energising group sessions to the music are guaranteed to make you sweat and put a smile on your face whilst burning calories.
