Get ready to refresh your fitness routine this summer as Monks Hill Sports Centre launches four exciting new group exercise classes from Monday 3 August, led by our brand new fitness instructor, Sherrine.

Whether you're looking to build strength, improve your fitness, tone up or simply enjoy exercising in a friendly and motivating environment, there's a class to suit everyone.

The new weekly timetable includes:

Mondays – 6pm: Power Pump – A full-body strength workout using weights and high-repetition exercises to help build muscle, improve endurance and burn calories.

Thursdays – 6pm: Circuits – A fast-paced session combining cardio and strength exercises to improve overall fitness, stamina and coordination.

Thursdays – 7pm: Body Conditioning – A total-body workout designed to increase strength, improve muscular endurance and leave you feeling energised.

Sundays – 10am: LBT (Legs, Bums & Tums) – A popular toning class focusing on strengthening and sculpting your lower body and core.

Sherrine brings plenty of enthusiasm and motivation to every session, creating a welcoming atmosphere where participants of all fitness levels can feel comfortable and challenged. Whether you're completely new to group exercise or a regular gym-goer looking to try something different, these classes are a fantastic way to stay active, meet new people and work towards your fitness goals.
