From this week customers will be able to book for our newest fitness class, Ballet Fit! Every Wednesday 5pm-6pm in the Studio.  

Combining classical ballet, yoga and pilates

Our Ballet Fit class is something a little different: Ballet inspired fitness. This unique blend of ballet moves, Pilates, strength and conditioning exercises are designed to help you build a lean, dancer-like physique.

Key benefits are designed to help improve coordination, posture and flexibility, whilst living out your childhood dream of being a ballerina. 

Our fitness studio comes fully equipped with a wall-length mirror and ballet bar installed, as well as 4 portable Ballet School-standard bars that can be set to adult or junior level. 

Taking the class is our fitness class instructor Paula, who says: "Ballet Fit is a fun but challenging way to strengthen and keep fit. The discipline and form of ballet really pushes people to remain focused and build stamina and endurance in their legs, whilst the yoga and pilates element bring the upper body into play. A great, fun class that everyone will enjoy.
