Oleksandr

Oleksandr has been with Better since 2006 and has worked in various different centres working his way up to a manager from a Lifeguard. He goes about his job with the highest professionalism without seeking praise or recognition. Oleksandr ensures the smooth operations of the centre and encourages his team to deliver a service to a high standard.

Alvaro

Alvaro has worked for the company since 2014. He has been working as a duty manager in different centres and boroughs. For the last three years he has been running the swim school at Phoneix Leisure centre. He enjoys engaging with the community and making sure that customers have the best experience when using our facilities. You will always find him with a smile on his face.
