Fitness Classes
With Glass Mill based in a prime location next to Lewisham Train/DLR station we have classes running before and afterwork, as well as a range of classes throughout the day. Our fitness class timetable will offer something for everyone. Whether you want to burn some serious calories in our brand-new group cycle experience, take a body pump class or fancy a more relaxing workout in our yoga classes; our full list of classes will cater to your every need.

Group Cycle
Pedal your way fit. Cycle along with the group in one of our themed classes to uplifting music, or focus on achieving your goals in one of our diciplined based classes Better for: Lower body strength and conditioning.
Cardio
Get your heart pumping and increase your energy levels as we move together in these fast-paced, high-energy classes which include Step Aerobics, Boxfit and HIIT.
Strength and Conditioning
Choose from loads of great, motivational group activities that'll help you strengthen and condition your whole body. Classes include Body Conditioning and Power Pump.
Aqua Aerobics
Lapping the pool is not the only way to get a workout in the water. Why not try something new with our water workouts. Combining aqua aerobics with strength and conditioning moves, a workout in the water will get your heart pumping without putting pressure on joints. Better for: Mobility and stress relief.
Mind and Body
Feel better inside and glow on the outside. Build your strength and flexibility in our lower-impact classes including Pilates and Yoga which will leave you feeling revived.
Dance
Get fit and feel great with our Dance classes. Our Zumba classes will put a smile on your face and burn calories.
