All new users to the gym have to complete an induction which can be done with one of our friendly and helpful Fitness Instructors (FI’s).

Our FI’s also champion and lead our very popular gym based classes. These provide members with the opportunity to exercise in small groups on selected days focusing on specific muscle groups and training styles, such as abdominal workouts, interval training and cardiovascular endurance.

Re-focus sessions are available to members at any time, where our fitness instructors will mix up your fitness programme in order for you to help you achieve your fitness goals.







All of our equipment is both up to date and state of the art, ensuring you are able to achieve the best possible results.  With over 40 cardiovascular (cv) machines there's plenty of cv equipment to go around.

Our equipment includes;

  • Seated Bikes
  • Top Bikes
  • Rowing Machines


Our gym has some of the most up to date resistance equipment. With all the machines positioned accurately to exercise every part of your body at whatever intensity you prefer. From your lower back, to your abs, from upper to lower body, our gym has never been so tailroed to fit your needs.

We also have multiple Easy Line machines, which are very simple and easy to use.


Our free weights area is equipped with everything you need to maximise your gym workout, with an array of plates, bars and dumbells to help you either tone up or muscle up!

You will find:

  • 2 squat rack
  • 2 bench press
  • 6 Pure Stregth (Shoulder, Arms and Legs)
  • Dumbells (From 4 to 40kg)
  • And over 300kg of weight plates
  • 5 Physical Bars
  • 6 straight bars

If you are unsure on how to use a specific equipment or you need asisstance or someone that needs to spot you in some exercises, our Fitness Instructors are at hand to help out.


The X-Cube is a great way to improve your fitness, with it there to help improve your functional strength, stamina and flexibility.  The X-Cube features; Monkey Bars, T-Rex, Punching Bag, Farmer's Rope and platforms are there to help you boost your fitness.
