Junior Gym offers a structured and specifically catered introduction to use of the gym for 11-15 year olds. Our Fitness instructors will give participants a programme of activities to meet their individual goals, including use of cardiovascular and core strength equipment.

Sessions are run by our Level Two Qualified Fitness Instructors, helping young people to stay healthy and active.

Table Tennis / Studio Classes

During the Junior Gym times we also set up two table tennis tables that are available for the whole two hours in the Studio. 

Between 16:30pm-17:00pm our Fitness Instructor also runs a short Fitness Class that could be a circuit training class, stamina and endurance class, Boxfit, cardio and lots more!
