Working in partnership with Merton Libraries as part of the Mindspace project during February and March. Fitness instructors from Morden Leisure Centre will be delivering a six week programme of free classes aimed at those 60 years and over.

The classes will include a mixture of different exercises to improve mobility, flexibility and core strength taught in a fun and relaxed environment.

Classes must be booked in advance and are available as the below libraries in Merton:
