What is Junior Gym?
Junior gym is a dedicated gym session for 11-17-year-olds where they can embark on their fitness journeys in a safe and supportive environment. Our Fitness Instructors are on hand to provide support and answer any questions they may have.
We understand how important exercise is for our juniors' physical and mental well-being, and that is why we provide a range of activities aimed solely at them.
All juniors are required to have a junior gym induction before their first session.
