Whether you’re a beginner looking to up your fitness levels or at an advanced stage we have classes to suit all your needs. fitness classes are a great way to get active. Mixing up cardio, strength, core and stability moves, we have classes which will work every part of your body – and possibly some parts that haven’t been worked before.
So come and have a try some of the classes out next time your down. Please be aware that due to a number of sporting events in February and March, some of the fitness classes have been relocated to Better Gym East Village.
