BETTER HEALTH UK INCLUSIVE
At GLL we believe everyone should be able to enjoying staying active, no matter what your access needs are.
We have an Inclusive UK membership available, providing people who are registered as disabled access to our gyms, swimming pools and fitness classes at a reduced price across the UK. We also offer a junior inclusive membership for ages 11-17.
This membership requires proof of eligibility and can be uploaded later via your online account.
DOSPORTUK
Since being established as a community interest company in 2017, DOSportUK has had one clear mission, to provide sporting and physical activity opportunities to people with a disability.
They wanted to make sure that anyone who wants to take part in sport or physical exercise is able to do so. But discovered it's not that people with a disability didn't want to be active, it's that there were a lack of opportunities and support within local communities to do so. This is something DoSportUK were determined to change.
DoSportUK run weekly social basketball sessions on Tuesday 18:00 - 19:00 in our NBPC.
ACCESSIBILITY
Access throughout Belle Vue Leisure Centre can be achieved step-free. All activitiy areas are on the groundfloor.
There is a lift on site providing access to our viewing gallery above our multi sports hall.
ACCESSIBLE TOILET & CHANGING ROOMS
At Belle Vue Leisure Centre we provide access to our accessilble toilets and to our spacious changing facilties to both users of the centre and the wider community. They are located on our main corridors leading to the multi sports hall.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING
There are 19 accessible parking bays located at the front of the leisure centre.
An additional four accessible parking bays located outside The National Speedway Stadium reception door. From all accessible parking bays there is step free access into the leisure centre.
