Fitness Classes at Whalley Range
!!!Our Fitness Class Timetable is Expanding!!!
Step Aerobics launched on Sunday 17th May - the feedback we have recieved from this class already has been great and the class instructor Hannag has recieved great feedback and praise from customers.
- Step Aerobics combines simple choreographed movements with the use of a raised platform to deliver an effective cardiovascular workout. The class helps to improve endurance, coordination, balance, and lower-body strength, making it an excellent option for anyone looking to boost their fitness in an engaging and social environment.
More New Classes Starting from 30th June
We’re excited to expand our timetable even further with two new classes launching from 30th June, led by instructor Ola.
Women-Only Circuits in the Gym
- Tuesdays @ 10:45 - 11:30AM
Our new women-only circuits class will take place in the gym during designated women-only hours, creating a supportive and comfortable environment for women and girls.
These sessions are designed to help participants:
- Build confidence using gym equipment
- Become familiar with a range of cardio and strength-training machines
- Learn correct exercise techniques and safe equipment use
- Improve fitness through guided, full-body circuit workouts
