As a valued Better member, we're pleased to let you know that we're launching a new Better app, so you can get the most out of your local facilities and services.

The new and improved app has a range of new features; including single sign-in (using your existing online bookings login), barcode reader, technical enhancements and intuitive journeys making it much easier to use – we hope this will make your experience with us even Better.


What this means for you...

The new app will launch from Monday 4th November, and there may be some disruption to your access to the Better app while the launch takes place - dependent on which mobile device you currently use. 


If you are an Android user...

There may be some disruption to your access on Monday 4th November while the new app is launched. The old application will have a link with an explanation to redirect you to the new application.


If you are an Apple user...

The old app will be retired from Monday 4th November, until the new app is live on the Apple store by Monday 11th November. The old application will have a link with an explanation to redirect you to the new application.

As an Apple user, we appreciate this may cause disruption to your existing service so for the interim, the alternative is our mobile booking site - which you can access here

Don't forget, if you are unable to access the app while the launch is taking place - you can still manage bookings online via the Better website.

We will have extended Customer Experience Team opening hours until 11pm from Monday 4th to Wednesday 6th November, to help with any issues you may have.
