There's something for everyone with our wide choice of fitness classes, taking place every day in our studios.

Choose from a wide choice of classes including Pilates, Kettlebells, Group Cycling  and Zumba. Low impact sessions include Gentle Toning and Core Fitness, whilst our new Suspension training uses the rig in the new fitness gym.

Staying motivated can always be a challenge, but with a wide variety of fitness classes available you'll find the perfect way to keep active.

Whatever you are looking to achieve we have classes for the whole community, from our standard fitness classes to classes specially for older adults, woman and ante and postnatal, we’ve got something to suite everyone.




Virtual Fitness Classes

Looking for something new to experience? Do you love attending fitness classes but can't make one of our current timetabled classes? Then we have what you are looking for. 

Virtual classes run throughout the day, offering you greater flexibility and much more choice. Classes range to suit your needs from duration, style and ability, which makes them suitable for beginners through to advanced.

Classes include our popular Group Cycle, HIIT and Yoga as well as licensed Zumba and Insanity workouts.


As well as a packed programme of both instructor led and virtual classes, there are also additional 'on demand' sessions included in your centre's timetable.  Simply pop into any Better, Newcastle Leisure Centre and select a class of your choice. Our Fitness Instructors are on hand if you require further information or guidance.
